      Friendly work environment. At times demanding, but respectful of work life balance. Fair pay and competitive benefits. Interesting technologies and products.

      Cons

      While it varies project to project, this is a large slow moving company. A lot of ideas are developed and subsequently dropped due to bureaucracy.

      The University of Phoenix still has a reputation as a diploma mill. Changes in IT and business leadership leads to extreme organizational changes and loss of good dedicated resources. Reward and recognize employees.
