      Pros

      Not many. Vacation time accrues and is decent after 5 years, there are good people there aside from management.

      Cons

      Priority is profit not the quality of education or what is best for the students. Word has gotten out that they are a diploma mill and the degrees are useless and even harmful for students. No loyalty, there is a revolving door philosophy. Enrollment counselors are just sales, call center grunt workers.

      Pros

      The atmosphere was laid back and in a year my tuition would have been reimbursed.

      Cons

      The company decided to phase out some of their campuses and the employees were not warned at all. We were walked out the day we were told and the tuition compensation wasn't even given to those that were under a year.
