      As a marketer, the resources and infrastructure for integrated online and offline marketing are pretty good. You can accomplish and learn a lot at this company.

      Unstable staffing - constant turnover and layoffs multiple times per year.

      Flexibility, education scholarship availability for those pursuing to do so, ability to expand knowledge, work from home (if applicable to position), pay scale is decent

      Cons

      Typical office politics, very clique-ish, nepotism unfortunately very prevalent, expect to assume responsibility outside of work scope (unfamiliar territory)
