      Employee caring organisation, has a very good COVID care program for employees and their immediate families, has helped employees affected by COVID. There are opportunities to grow, even junior employees get to directly work with very senior team members, good pay.

      Cons

      Processes are manual. Though this presents a good opportunity to work on projects to implement system enhancements for better controls and process efficiencies.
