      1. The organization is filled with very high caliber, talented and smart people. Happy to be part of this mix. 2. Lots of opportunities to learn and explore more. 3. Speak up culture with managers who are willing to listen and understand. 4. Open to hear new ideas and also get space to implement them. 5. Good work and performance is recognized and awarded.

      Only 1: Hours can be long but as I am enjoying my job, it does not hurt.
