      -Salary and Bonus- Good pay master - Benefits- Really Good -Work Type- Good quality work -Work Life Balance- Month and Qtr end one has to stretch but its across Industry.

      Employee benefits are good comparatively

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, Controlled Environment, High level of politics, Useless management who only care about themselves. People at lower level work over here and rest basically wants to enjoy by showing a good image in front of US. High level of micro-management and toxic culture.
