      Leadership needs new Management for Admins!

      Pros

      Senior Management engages with everyone. Cafeteria & Coffee Bar is completely free. Gym on the 8th Floor is nice, Good Trainers. Work from Home on Fridays. Other days are flexible.

      Cons

      No growth unless your Partner fights for you. If you don’t support a Partner you can forget it. The Principal in charge of EA’s plays Favoritism. Same rules don’t apply to everyone.. They keep the Temps for years with false promises of employment.

      Free breakfast and lunch, fully stocked kitchen

      Cons

      Incredibly cliquey- feels like I'm living through another experience of my high school days. Management are awful human beings who make no attempt to hide their favorites. Operations division is a joke.

      Bonuses were great. Holiday party was always fun.

      The food was horrible. Team management was horrible as well. They let the professionals get away with murder
