      Free food and coffee Good salary

      Cons

      HC is a joke. Constantly asking for feedback on how they can improve but really they're just finding ways to get away with doing the bare minimum. Employees are sloppy and arrogant and have a 'the help can do it' attitude.

      Pros

      As with every job, the team makes or breaks it. Everyone I work with is extremely competent and learns with grace even when doing something outside of their skillset. This seems to be the case across the engineering org though I havent worked with all groups.

      Cons

      Ocassional long hours (maybe one week a month) and hybrid isnt for everyone. Calls can sometimes be at weird times as well due to team members being around the globe.
