As with every job, the team makes or breaks it. Everyone I work with is extremely competent and learns with grace even when doing something outside of their skillset. This seems to be the case across the engineering org though I havent worked with all groups.

Cons

Ocassional long hours (maybe one week a month) and hybrid isnt for everyone. Calls can sometimes be at weird times as well due to team members being around the globe.

Toxic work culture with limited respect for employees. Performance is judged more on hours logged than actual output, which discourages efficiency and fairness. Management appears complacent and does not actively address cultural or operational issues, leading to low morale and limited growth opportunities.
