No training plan No trust with the managers, difficult to manager your work Pathetic Management team

My experience in this place is very bad. Within few days of joining the HR personnel who hired me also left this place. The manager asked me to make paper bags for an event instead of planning about my training plan. The manager and most of the team members have joined from one organisation. They make fun of anyone who comes up with a suggestion. Shameless , disrespectful gangs. Most of them are Chartered Accountants and they lack basic communication skills. I do not know how these people are hired here. Typical BPO culture. In the Weekly team meeting they discuss about cricket, Bollywood instead of discussing the real agenda. When I asked what is the purpose of this meeting, the manager replied" just tell that we have regular meetings if anyone asks you" You have to work on weekends as well to meet the targets. They train you for 30 minutes and next day you have to work on the report. Attrition is very high at this place. Salary hike is not good here. Your line manager or department can be changed with a short notice. Firing employees is a very common practice in this organisation.
