      1. Great overall working culture. Employees opinions matter in this organisation and actions are taken. 2. People are rewarded based on meritocracy which is very refreshing to see. 3. Lot of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Prioritisation is very important here at Apollo otherwise it is very easy to get bogged down with lot of work given that the firm is growing at a rapid pace.
