      Pros

      Great pay , direct deposit every week.

      Cons

      Did not follow up after contract was over. Did not communicate with employees as to when the contract would end.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom. Leadership is open to hearing/reviewing ideas on improving the company. Plenty of positions to work on and it's a pretty flat organization. Work-life balance is literally unmatched almost anywhere else.

      Cons

      Wasn't much for training. Commission structure was pretty weak compared to the rest of the industry but they make up for it with the freedom/work-life balance.
