Pros

Management is generally out to lunch, so you don't have to work much.

Cons

They regularly scam the US government into hiring more H1-b employees through fake postings on sites like jobpostingtoday.com. The result is that the culture of the company is terrible and full of people that can't even speak English. If I wanted to work in Delhi, I would live there.

Thanks for the feedback, it certainly is fast paced and we like to "move with focus and urgency" which is one of our 6 values. For those that haven't checked them out yet, the others are: be customer obsessed, speak and act courageously, take ownership, learn voraciously and we are all for one. Thanks for also recognising all the smart people you enjoy working with. Appreciate also the call out for us needing to work on increasing work life balancing which we're always working on improving in our employee experience and also we're always looking for ways to have clear, concise priorities, but as you know in the world of tech with so many variables at play: macro economic forces, competitors, new versions of generative AI, and constantly changing customer demands, like other fast moving companies we're always assessing the best path forward which can involve sometimes frequent changes.
