      Ownership & Growth – Apollo gives you the freedom to take charge and make an impact. I’ve had the opportunity to lead key hiring initiatives and refine processes. Collaborative Culture – Teams are supportive, and cross-functional collaboration is encouraged. Leadership is approachable and values input. High-Impact Work – It’s a fast-paced environment where challenges push you to learn and grow quickly.

      Cons

      Fast-Paced & Ever-Changing – Priorities shift frequently, which can be challenging if you're not adaptable. Scaling Processes – Some hiring and internal processes are still evolving as the company grows.

      - Prospects for the business are extremely bright, one of the fastest growing Series D businesses at massive scale - Strong proven leadership team added in the past 6 months - High ownership oriented culture with lots of opportunity to drive impact - High velocity across decision making, shipping product, re-prioritizing to progress goals if things aren't working - Really smart, kind, hardworking team - Not a lot of politics, culture is oriented on driving business outcomes

      Cons

      - Work/life balance can be challenging, similar to any high growth startup - Fast pace + remote culture can be tough to feel like you're following all the changes. Company is still maturing on communication - New teams and leaders joining means this is not a place if you are looking for maximum stability
