      Pros

      I've come up from HubSpot, where I was the first employee hired outside of North America and I saw the company's growth from 2012 to 2019! Apollo feels very much like the excitement I experienced while there! There is a ton of positive energy, the people here are super talented and super focused. I recently joined from Meta where I was there for approx 4 years and what I've experienced there, which I'm delighted to see here, is so far tg he people I've met take their jobs very seriously but not themselves which is exactly the type of people I want to work with and culture I want to work in! The size of the Total Addressable Market, the quality Product-Lead-Growth motion the company has deployed and the Consumption-Based-Pricing, has created a really compelling offering and I'm really enjoying learning about how all these are converging in a really compelling opportunity for the company. As a fully remote company, I've really enjoyed some of the work-life-balance on offer and I've been super impressed at the high performance culture that the leadership team is creating right now.

      Pros

      Fully remote company Fair amount of autonomy on day to day work and when in the day you work. There is no micro management Fairly interesting technical work. We manage and search terabytes of data with very fast search results with an extremely small team and build interesting features. Interesting place to be at the moment with the amount of growth. Extremely smart people in most roles and everyone I've interacted with is friendly. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      - Fully remote company and sometimes you don't have any team members in your country so communications and assimilating culture can be hard -You need to be far more independent and self driven to acheive your goals - Goals are tracked fairly strictly

      Pros

      Company is moving very fast. Technically if you are thinking about joining a startup - fast pase is super important. Leadership of the company is very mature, with the hires over the last 6 months. A lot of challenges and opportunities for people who can take ownership.

      Cons

      Moving fast, so its not a fit for everyone.
