      High expectations for yourself and others All departments are focused on the goals of helping the company succeed and achieve an IPO Compensation is strong Working hours are quite flexible, unlimited PTO is real and encouraged

      Pros

      Excellent working environment with 100% remote work. The senior management is quite supportive, and we get to interact with Founders, CXO’s on a daily basis. City meetups, book reviews, and donut dates are just a few of the entertaining events they provide. It keeps us highly motivated.

      Sometimes it can get challenging to adhere to work timings as per the clients & team members.
