Pros

Health, dental insurance and an okay 401k

Cons

High stress environment and have to put up with a lot for what they pay you, the company does not care about their employees and they make that too obvious with Human Resources, you have to work Saturdays they only give you a free Saturday once a month, schedule is horrible from 10 to 7 so say goodbye to your social life.

* It is a good place for latinos to start a career in US * Lots of people who lead you in order to improve your job. * Good place to know how a financial business work in US. * you level up position with the time in branches

Cons

* Poor salary for technical people * Over work for one person. Give you a tons of responsibilities with the same salary. Its not fair.
