      incompetent coworkers

      All life very little work

      Cons

      This company has very very few releases per year. The leaders in this company talks about AI all day, but they don't know where to move to. All the original members left after the acquisition happened in a year or two. So the incompetent folks stepped up for the management role. They are not strong with management but either technical. They're managers but they are not good managers. The new hires are also usually incompetent. The people talks all day.

      Above average comp if you negotiate well coming in. Work with nice people

      Career growth is 100% about who likes you and not anything to do with performance. Don't bother applying to other opportunities in the company unless you know that you are the favorite of the hiring manager. Even if you get to the point of a conversation, it is only for show. They already know who is getting the role, but appearances are important. They will say all the right things and then do another behind closed doors. Raises are either laughably low or non existent. Negotiate well coming in and expect that to be your pay for the next few years, and at that point you may get a 4% bump. The technology is out of date and build quality has suffered.

      Pros

      There are great perks such as food, chair massage and a lot of happy hours. It's also an exciting atmosphere to be part of a company doing so well.

      Cons

      Rude, entitled people, unprofessional management/HR & upward movement is a joke. Very wasteful use of money. I honestly don't know how they are doing so well.
