Great tech, great people and a product that is very relevant to the marketplace. Everybody rallies around Sales in must win accounts and its good to know the team will do anything from pre sales, delivery & support to make this happen

Cons

Growing pains as any rapid Pre IPO with great tech will face. Delivery is getting there now which brings great adoption and Rapid time to value

I've worked here for quite a long time, started when it was still a small US based company. Lots of growth! I was given the ability to create my role and scale it with company growth, given the chance to give my opinion and put my stamp on AppDynamics. It's been an opportunity most don't get as a 20 something year old. The culture has been curated to fit the offices and the people with an emphasis on keeping the tech start up feel despite the size. Ups and downs always happen with a job but overall have been happy to be a part of the company and provide my skills. the perks offered are pretty stellar compared to other private companies

Cons

Work/life balance is hard when your team is very lean. Certain teams keep to themselves which doesn't help to foster the collaborative culture the company values. Entitlement of employees can be very frustrating and drama ensues. All things that can be fixed with manager help though.
