      - Hardworking, dynamic colleagues - Vibrant & Inspirational leaders who work hard to see you succeed - Transparency - Internal promotion, so many opportunities for growth - Fast growing Tech company - all the benefits of working a corporate job, with the environment of a start-up

      Cons

      - Work life balance doesn't really exist, it's not a con for me but if you are the type that expects to work 9-5.30 with an hour lunch break, and put in very few additional hours - this isn't the job for you.

      Pros

      I have been working with AppD for around 3 months now. - Company culture is good. - Great Learning opportunities as the company grows - Quality work in Bangalore office as well. A company with offices across countries generally tends to have this problem where one of the location might be getting redundant work, but it is not the case with AppDynamics.
