Pros

Very quick support response Amazing office space Friendly no competitive environment Great opportunities for growth Very flexible with remote and hybrid roles Very inclusive employee base They work hard to be above industry standards on many aspects of benefit offerings.

Cons

Very steep training slope ACCR vs CCR pay-rate discrepancy even though both roles do the exact same thing and have the same responsibilities and expectations. Over-selective hiring process

Pros

Great Culture- like actually people you want to talk to/rely on. A hybrid workforce and caring about employees' well-being is great.

Cons

The software has a big learning curve for trainees but an even steeper one for clients since they will only have a couple of training sessions at onboarding. The number of requests that come in can be overbearing.
