      Everyone is trusted to show up and perform without a question or doubt. I get to work with great people who have zero ego. We're all working towards the same thing: open doors for our customers and unlock their potential.

      Cons

      More recognition - AppFolio is something different in the best way possible. It's hard to list a true "con" - if anything, more people need to know about AppFolio to experience this type of culture that is extremely hard to describe.

      Great compensation, remote work, and amazing people to work alongside.

      Cons

      There is a huge disconnect with new employees and old ones due to the internal changes happening recently. PTO packages need to be better and more supported. They say you can take time off but it really impacts the people there.
