      Pros

      I love this company, never thought I would be working in tech but here I am after a downturn in real estate. The people invest in your career, not just the skills you have already. They have a thorough training program, they give you EVERY tool to succeed in the role. The pay is a little less than I would like to make, but they are adamant about work-life balance and also have an amazing updated office where we are offered perks like free massages, car washes, etc

      Cons

      As I said, I was making more money in a different industry so the pay cut was a little tough but my household made it work.

      Easily the best working environment I have ever been apart of and AppFolio is always trying to do the right thing by there employees and clients. Love working here.

      As we scale, there are growing pains but that is normal and everyone understands that and works to make it better.
