Pros

Very flexible remote job. You get to create your own schedule. Basically, you are messaging with customers and assisting the AI bot, which is an automatic messenger. You manage the messages that the bot is sending out and sometimes you have to edit or write your own messages to customers looking for rental housing.

Cons

I wish the pay was more and there was benefits and you could work full-time.

Pros

-Good people, managers want you to succeed -Product is constantly undergoing updates to stay competitive -Product is good for small business owners -Nice office amenities. They have barista inside with (free) coffee!! -Great training industry knowledge wise -Diversity and Inclusion is high -Room to move up

Cons

-Pay is below average for California -Monthly goals are set high, so it often is about half of BDRs who hit goal -heavy outbounding/cold calling not many solid inbounds -Competitors have a massive edge on AppFolio price wise/ ability to integrate with other software solutions -High turnover rate

Pros

They have increased compensation to be more competitive for 2022. Inbound lead flow is substantially better than the average established software vertical.

Cons

Lot's of talk around work-life balance, but it doesn't really play out. We're supposed to let management know if we have ANY time off at least a month ahead of time, and when it's taken, there is obvious frustration and negative pressure from above. Round robin system for lead and account assignment was done away with in favor of a territory model that is half baked. Insane difference in success and inbound lead flow from one territory to another. Very high attrition company wide because they can't, or won't, pay people enough. Support, solutions engineers, account execs, you name it.
