      Pros

      Appfolio has great values they stick by and really hire genuine, real, honest people and care about us. It's important for me to be heard and I come up with impactful ideas so for a company to actually listen and respond to all employees is pretty cool! Love our culture too and perks. We have fun at work while revolutionizing our customer's lives for the better.

      Cons

      We literally deal with the slowest to move to technology people (sometimes) and it can be a little frustrating trying to get people to get over their "fear of change" but when they do it makes it worth it. I guess another con is we could always have more days off! lol, we do have quite a bit but hey throw another volunteer day!

      the learning and development opportunities mentorship management decision making and transparency great work with great people company meetings

      Cons

      food is only provided 2 days of the week I'd like better food for the company meetings

      Pros

      AppFolio is a great Company with amazing products that really cares about their employees. I've grown so much in my time on the Implementation Team. This is the best job I've ever had! There is so much opportunity and room for growth. The Company is growing really fast and it's exciting to be part of it!
