      Great interview process and work life

      Pros

      Authentic and transparent interview experience in a difficult job market. Evan, my recruiter, did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. I got a good feel for the company right away. I've been here for a month and it's a great place to work with a strong culture backed by management and coworkers.

      None that I can think of.

      Great for Entry Level

      Pros

      - Company Culture - Flexible start time - Lots of learning opportunities - Medical and Dental benefits were some of the best Ive ever had

      Cons

      - Although the role was entry level, the pay was very low compared to the market/area for anyone in that department regardless of tenure. Santa Barbara is a very expensive city to live in! - There is the ability to get promoted but that process moves very slowly
