      Pros

      The company culture is amazing. The people really make it feel more like a family than a company. The team environment is really emphasized, and the support received from fellow employees is really awesome.

      Cons

      The workload is too high for the pay. Employees in this role are over stressed and over worked, and start to lose sympathy for the clients/resolving their support tickets. Internal mobility is preached, but is never executed or promised.
