Great company and benefits - love the people I work with
Pros
The culture is created and expanded upon by employees - truly 'Great People make a Great Company' Variety of benefit options Interaction with others is professional but balanced - most work really hard while finding ways to have fun Diversity is valued at AppFolio and the company is taking steps toward positive DEI initiatives but still has room to drive those initiatives forward
Cons
Often times balance has to be at the request of the employee - ie: if burnout is on the horizon most leaders wait until the employee makes those concerns known. It isn't automatically noticed High growth means great opportunity but also change and it seems to take longer to determine if legacy leaders are willing to work through that change management or move on to another company that aligns better with their priorities working at a company
