      Pros

      Great product, company culture and work/life balance. The people here are really proud to be AppFolians. Everyone is very passionate and genuinely wants to help you succeed.

      Cons

      Non I can think of at the moment. I just wish I'm working out of our HQ in Santa Barbara, CA.

      Pros

      Everyone that works here seems to fit the same mold: intelligent, happy, and pleasant to be around. It's pretty incredible. It's a very diverse group of people, but they all share those same qualities. Kudos to those that do the hiring!

      Cons

      Don't get any sick days, so you're forced to use PTO instead. Increased PTO/sick days would be a huge benefit.

      I cannot say enough about the leadership here at AppFoilo. As a woman, I feel empowered here. I am surrounded by strong female leaders every day who inspire and challenge me every single day. Very grateful to be a part of this team.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Maybe summer Fridays?
