Every employee is extremely welcoming, encouraging, and helpful. It is apparent they want people to succeed by all of the tools and resources provided to each employee. Also, dogs are allowed in the office. You can't ask for much more than that.

AppFolio treats its employees with respect and gives them a great sense of responsibility. I appreciate the freedom with which we have to do our job without micromanagement or excessive oversight. It is a supportive culture where people are open, inclusive and willing to work together to solve problems for the good of the company.
