      My coworkers are amazing and the training is thorough when you first start.

      Cons

      The specialization isn’t narrow enough. The software updates so dramatically and so regularly it’s frustrating for employees and clients to keep up.

      Worst WLB I've seen in the tech industry

      Pros

      Beautiful location at Santa Barbara. Product is kinda interesting.

      Cons

      - Very bad WLB. Non-stop meetings start from 8am and could last past 7pm. Almost no breaks in between, no times for breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner. A few days in a quarter, one needs to work till 2-3 am in the morning. - The pay is meager compared to the work load.

      I'm disappointed to hear that you're experiencing a poor work-life-balance. While it's common for employees to work outside of standard business hours on an as-needed basis, it's our hope that this is not the norm. I encourage you to talk to your Leader or HR Business partner, and have an honest discussion about your workload and prioritization.
