Pros

The people there are amazing. They really help you do the best at your job. Great DEI programs, very inclusive. The office hubs are great, free drinks/snacks, they have a barrista who makes free coffees, massage chairs, beer on tap for after shifts, free car washes, its pretty awesome.

Cons

A 2 month training course, if you fail the tests, you are let go. (Only for customer care core team) Pay raises are not great. They have started to micro manage more, to really get their bang for their buck. Some departments its like a dictatorship, others they are great. Really depends what department you get into.

Cons

Development Opportunities: Career progression can sometimes feel unclear. While the recent Job Architecture initiative is a step forward, consistent support from managers in creating individualized growth plans would further enhance this effort. Compensation: While competitive, salaries and RSU grants could align more closely with industry benchmarks to match the high expectations and attract top talent. Hiring Process: The hiring process, while thorough, could be streamlined to reduce time-to-hire and enhance the candidate experience.
