      Pros

      I feel the team and management here want to keep you and if you are intentional with communicating what you need and want, you're likely to get the support you need.

      Cons

      They are on the lower end for pay. Also, there was little to no training at all, although they would say that "we have an amazing training program." Just not the case. They rely on "job shadowing" or "on-the-job" training which just isn't training.

      The upbeat team always wants your success. Pay and Benefits are excellent, including perks such as a free mental health app.

      Cons

      I can not think of any downsides from my time here.
