Lots of changes this year that have made it somewhat difficult to hit the moving target. Rolled out a whole new comp plan and territory approach so I mostly chalk it up to learning new strategy.

-Pay is below average for California -Monthly goals are set high, so it often is about half of BDRs who hit goal -heavy outbounding/cold calling not many solid inbounds -Competitors have a massive edge on AppFolio price wise/ ability to integrate with other software solutions -High turnover rate
