Pros

If in the office, snacks and coffee perks.

Cons

Compensation is lower compared to industry standards, and salary increases are limited without promotion. During Q4 and Q1, workloads can be particularly demanding, with ongoing promises of improvements that are often delayed. Additionally, staffing levels may not always be sufficient, leading to increased workload pressures on the existing team.
