It is evident that there exists a form of favoritism at some level, as numerous individuals with exceptional skills in their respective fields were ultimately subjected to mistreatment. This mistreatment was attributed to individuals in leadership positions who lacked the requisite qualifications and expertise to hold such positions.

I really enjoyed my interview process at AppSumo! It's very evident early on that it's a great team and company–One who is honest and genuine.

Cons

I truly don't have any negative things to say about the interview process. You do have to do a good bit of prep for 2 of the interviews (a takeaway and mock presentation) but that's intentional and a great way to see if you're a good fit for AppSumo as it is a unique sell!
