Great people, great CEO, great culture

I've been at AppSumo for about a year and feel extremely fortunate to have landed here. Every member of the team is dynamic, passionate, and talented. Working here is more fulfilling than merely having a job; it is a place where the entire team pulls for each other and celebrates successes together, both personal and professional. From an engineering perspective we are extremely well managed. We have enough process to stay informed and focused with minimal overhead. There is a healthy amount of feedback and reciprocal communication. It is inspiring and humbling to be on a team of such smart people - with seemingly no egos- who are always ready to help each other.
