Pros

The job is easy money. Most of the time you are just sitting around and watching participants or counting how many people are using the gym.

Cons

The sitting around and watching people can be really boring. The permanent staff is really good at micromanaging and constantly looking over your shoulder.

I loved my job and wish I could go back. It was perfect setting, and everyone was always extremely nice and cooperative.

Cons

It was only open from 8-4 and having classes sometimes made it difficult to get good hours. If you showed up and did your job though, he was really fair about giving you all you needed.

Pros

Steady hours and decent pay. Get a small raise every semester and get recognized for a job well done. As long as you show up you wont lose your job.

Cons

There is absolutely no room for advancement, and manager of housing and residence life doesn't really care about her employees.
