They don't particularly "encourage" those who are eager to learn other skills and departments. They exercise favoritism.

Feels great to know you're truly helping students. Very laid back atmosphere, but still requires a level of professionalism. Truly respects your own responsibilities as a student. Bosses are very approachable and willing to work with you for your own schedule.

Cons

Pay was not the best, but that is preset as a University policy due to budget.
