      Supportive and friendly work culture with good learning opportunities. Exposure to real-world IT infrastructure, servers, networking, and troubleshooting. Team members and management are approachable and helpful. A good place to gain hands-on experience and improve technical skills as an IT Administrator.

      As a growing organization, some processes are still being refined, which provides opportunities for employees to contribute ideas and improvements.

      Friendly culture. Voice and opinions are heard and considered. Flexibility. Helpful and Understanding HRs. Transparent and knowledgeable CEO. Trust on employees: I never faced any micromanagement or questions on my work and timings.

      Cons

      Compensation, Incentives and Bonus is less. Complete 5 Days WFO for Night shifts (Office at isolated place, Difficult to travel on your own)
