      Management is approachable and open to new ideas, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on meaningful responsibilities. It feels good to know that my contributions are valued and recognized.

      Like any growing company, processes are still evolving – but the management is open to feedback and actively improving. I have noticed some negative reviews, but my personal experience has been completely different. I believe every individual’s journey depends on their mindset and willingness to embrace opportunities.       Pros

      Since day one the team is warm and welcoming. Sayantani and Rabindra helped me gell with the teammates. The vision and mission of the organisation is well defined considering growth and development. Process and expectations are simple to understand. CEO is approachable and he helps you understand roles and responsibilities. Overall the company has lot to offer if you are ready to share your time, efforts, dedication, commitment.
