The problem begins with upper management. Very toxic and outdated. There is a new generation of workforce in place and they should learn how to create an environment for them. Outdated policies, constant toxic reminders, zero work life balance, no actual senior in management to learn from, zero task and deadline management. They won’t see and they don’t care the impact you bring through your work but will definitely mind if you were there in office for 9 hours or not. Also, everybody knows everyone’s salary there, which is not ethical.
