Great employees, poor management

Pros

The company is full of passionate, hardworking people, offers good work–life balance in many departments, provides fair market compensation, and delivers an excellent product.

Cons

Avoid the Business Technology department. There are serious concerns about sexism and racism, limited advancement opportunities unless you fit a narrow demographic, and high turnover—five women left within a single year. PTO approvals have been rescinded months later, and the leadership team requires significant change.

Pros

Great product. Great employee benefits. Fun corporate culture. Genuine interest in employees' well being. Great work environment (physical office space). Competitive pay. Advancement opportunities. Diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Huge turnover in senior management over the past 3 years. Mass exodus of tenured leaders with 15-20+ years in the last 12-18 months. Arbitrary placement of people who were above quota on PIPs to make room for new management's selected hires. (I was not affected by this, but I saw others affected by this.) Company direction vacillates and is very reactive rather than strategic. Not a sales-oriented organization, and it shows. I believe if they could figure out a way to get rid of their sales team altogether, they would.
