Not a great culture, low psychological safety for marketing dept

Some perks and benefits are good. Good laptop and swag. Stock options. Market leader in top right of Gartner Magic Quad.
Cons
Workflows, process and clarity of ownership has significant room for improvement. I agree with the other marketing review, bullying behavior is exhibited by marketing leadership roles - one example is sending offensive comments and animated gifs relating to team members area of accountability to a group email chain. Communication and working style of other leaders have room for improvement. And yes, unfortunately many team members have been laid off across round 1 and round 2 over the past months. Communication around this has not been transparent and honest, to the point where it has been misleading. Given the layoffs, the remaining team members are continually under pressure to pick up the slack and work across boundaries - it's moving goalposts continually.
