      Pros

      Easy access to management across all departments. The company let a reasonable autonomous to its employees. Solution recognised and well appreciated by the market

      Cons

      Seem to have difficulties to manage the growth and market expectations due to the 2017 IPO. Some people started their carrier there and do not have the right skills. especially in middle management.

      Smart and Enthusiastic founding members. Great Culture in the US where company is founded. Salary and benefits solid. Open culture for true collaboration.

      Cons

      Strategy weak for the UK at the time. Brand awareness lacking. Lack of understanding from the US that the UK market is different and requires a different strategy.
