Appian is a great company with a great product. Colleagues support each other and we are having meaningful impact for our customers.

Cons

Our market is difficult with a lot of compitition from various sectors. It has proven difficult to scale and we have had churn in leadership in the past few years as a result.

A really diverse working environment, full of highly talented team members. There have been changes, but Appian does its best to stick to its core principles and maintain a positive culture. Everyone is encouraged and empowered to actually make a difference

Cons

The last few years have been bumpy at times (the same as most places in our industry), but Appian has done well to minimise the negative impacts.
