Pros
I have been an employee of Appian for 10 years and enjoyed it immensely, there has been much opportunity to grow and work closely with all areas of the business. Our CEOs strategy is forward thinking, innovative and well placed making Appian the leader of the pack, this is demonstrated by our customers and their willingness to talk to other people in the industry.
Cons
None that I can think of. I work with very intelligent and hard working colleagues who are doing well and being recognised for their efforts. Disappointed to see negative comments on here about Appian, perhaps its because those people were not right for the business? Sometimes we need to look in the mirror and review ourselves.
