Pros

I work at appian for 2 years. Appian is a great place to work with smart colleagues from all over the world. Employees enjoy a lot of freedom to manage their own time and projects, and there are always new challenges to tackle. The management is supportive and listens to employees' ideas and concerns. Overall, Appian offers a stimulating and supportive work environment that many people enjoy. Appian has a performance-driven culture that emphasizes excellence, healthy competition, and accountability. Recently, they made the tough decision to let go of some employees who were not providing a good return on investment (ROI). This move shows that the company is dedicated to ensuring that every employee contributes to the success of the organization.

Cons

However, one downside of working at a large company like Appian is that decision-making processes can be slow due to the size and complexity of the organization.

Pros

The company goes to great lengths to make sure onboarding is good (in my case it was three weeks in Washington). In addition, there is year-round access to courses at Appian University and other platforms. They also favor the professional growth of the employees by helping with the payment of masters, courses, etc. Good working environment, colleagues and managers are very friendly and close. The office is very comfortable, the workstations are very well equipped and the facilities staff organize activities and events, there is free food and drink.

Cons

The selection process was very long: several months and many interviews.
