Not many opportunities to move up the corporate ladder You could end up in teams that have members who put in little to no effort

Pros

Everyone is super smart and friendly, the building is unbelievably for this area. There are lots of perks and benefits alongside with very competitive pay

Cons

The only con is that the commute is so insane

Cons

Barely provide the perks of free food. Very limited PTO.
