Grandfathered in remote workers still get to experience the benefits of the company before RTO came around

Cons

Now senior management wanting to follow blind RTO mandates from big tech are throwing that away for the hybrid/in person staff

Fantastic people: everyone is willing to help, everyone is supportive, everyone is extremely intelligent and skilled - great work/life balance: overtime is discouraged, i have been encouraged to take more time off

Cons

Due to some changes recently, morale has been low at the company, especially in the Engineering department.
